The Culinary Historians of San Diego present “Sushi: Past, Present, Future” with Mineko Moreno and Judi Strada, coauthors of Sushi for Dummies, in the 9th-floor Darlene Shiley Event Suite of the San Diego Central Library, 330 Park Boulevard, San Diego. This free event is open to the public.

Japanese-born and bred Mineko Moreno joins her unique perspective on world cuisine and culture to that of Judi Strada, award-winning food writer, consultant, and TV & radio guest to educate and entertain on the popular subject.

Culinary Historians of San Diego (CHSD) is a nonprofit organization that provides the public with a history of food and drink and their roles in society, both locally and worldwide. Membership in this non-profit organization supports both CHSD activities and the culinary collection of the San Diego Public Library.
