The Culinary Historians of San Diego present “The History of Cheesecake” by world-famous chef, teacher, tour guide, and author of The Cheesecake Bible, George Geary. The free meeting is open to the public.

George will explore the mystery and lore of the cheesecake from the first Greek creation to New York and beyond. This presentation will be a blast. Cheesecake and coffee will be served after the presentation.
